Photographing a wedding is one of the most rewarding experiences I have as a photographer. Having a couple invest their time and trust in myself as a photographer and person is, in itself the reward.
When you make the decision to invest in a wedding photographer you are allowing them the responsibility of capturing every moment, tear and smile. Being the person responsible for ensuring the life long memories of your day are captured with style, elegance and fun is my job and also, my passion!
Before your big day we will meet and get to know each other a little better. I love to hear your stories... How did you meet? How did the proposal happen? What style/theme will your wedding be? Where will your wedding be located?
I will get to know you, but more importantly, you will get the chance to decide if I am the photographer for you! It is important to take the time to consider carefully who will take the role of capturing your day, in exactly the way you want it to be remembered now, and for the many years that follow.
How do you want these moments in your life to be remembered? This is one of the most important questions to ask yourself when choosing both a photographer and your session.
Whether you’re looking for a family session, photos of your children, or perhaps both, I’m here to help you make decisions on what sessions might best suit you. And the best way to do this is to have a chat! If I haven’t already spoken to you over the phone or via email, I always suggest that we do. It’s a great way to get to know each other and helps you to feel at ease on the
day of your shoot.
My style is free, candid and un-posed. I like to capture those ‘inbetween’ moments. The ones you wont even realise I’ve captured on the day.
My style of photographing newborns and pregnancy is one that is natural and candid. This means I don’t tend to ‘pose’ you too much. Or sometimes it means that I’ll be taking photos when you don’t even realise; capturing those natural ‘inbetween’ moments.
I like to tell stories with my photographs. Sometimes I’ll take photos of the smaller details, perhaps within your home or surrounds, sometimes it’s hands or details of what you’re wearing, all these smaller details help to tell a story and create a feeling of this particular time in your life.
